BizTrack was founded in 2025 with a simple observation: Kenyan small business owners were managing finances the hard way — paper books, WhatsApp groups, and mental arithmetic. They deserved better.
Traditional accounting software was too expensive, too complicated, and built for accountants — not the market trader, salon owner, or hardware shop manager who needed answers in seconds. So we built something different.
BizTrack combines sales tracking, expense management, invoicing, and credit scoring in one simple, affordable package. We added USSD so even feature phone users can record sales without internet. We integrated M-Pesa because that's how Kenya actually moves money.
Today, 6 businesses across Kenya use BizTrack to manage their finances, access loans, and grow. And we're just getting started.
