Short version: We use essential cookies to keep BizTrack running, functional cookies to remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to understand how features are used. We never use advertising cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies at any time in Section 7 below.

We do not embed Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tags, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other advertising or social media tracking scripts on BizTrack.

Track referrals from affiliate partners for 90 days. Only set when you arrive via an affiliate link.
The BizTrack mobile app does not use browser cookies. It uses secure device storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) to store authentication tokens. These are not accessible to other apps and are deleted when you log out or uninstall the app.
The BizTrack USSD service (*384*123#) operates over the mobile network and does not use cookies or web tracking technologies of any kind. Session data is handled entirely by the Africa's Talking USSD gateway and our servers, and is discarded at the end of each session.
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new features or third-party services. We will post the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date and notify you via in-app banner if the changes are material.
Your continued use of BizTrack after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
